Joe Deer directs the Musical Theatre department at Wright State University, as well as being an experienced director, choreographer, actor, dancer, stage manager and artistic director. He has been involved in musical theater education for nearly 30 years and is the author of many theater publications, including articles in Teaching Theatre Journal and Dramatics Magazine.

Rocco Dal Vera is a professor of dramatic arts at the University of Cincinnati’s College- Conservatory of Music, where he directs the department of Musical Theatre, Acting, Opera, Dance, Arts Administration, Theatre Design and Production. He is the author and editor of six books, including Voice: Onstage and Off, co-written with Robert Barton.
